Easter Holiday Closure Notice

Global Colours will be closed from Friday, 29 March to Monday, 1 April, 2024. During this time, any orders placed will be processed upon our return on Tuesday, 2 April, 2024. Welcome to Global Colours! If you’re not in love with your purchase, we want to make returns as easy as possible. Our “Love it or your money back” guarantee makes it painless to send back any unused or partially used item (less than 10% and in their original packaging) for a full refund, as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure to return it in its original packaging and reply to our email confirmation with your reason for returning.

Hold on though, wait for the best part! If you’re in Australia, we’re happy to supply you with a free returns shipping label. Unfortunately, we can’t extend that offer to other countries, but we’ll gladly process any return nonetheless.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’re on it! If you opted for a refund, it’ll be back in your account in no more than 7 working days! And if you asked for an exchange or replacement, sit tight, we’ll deliver it right to your door!

If you’re still waiting on that refund, check your bank account again (7 days after we got your returned items, of course!). If you still haven’t received it, no worries! Just shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out together! 😊

Sale items & Factory Seconds

Great news! We’ll happily refund any regular or sale-priced items. Unfortunately, our factory-seconds are like the ugly ducklings – charming in their own way, but not eligible for returns or refunds.

Check your email for the return shipping label we’ve sent you and print it out

Make sure your item is packed snug and secure and cover any previous address labels

Stick on the new return label and give it a friendly pat

For extra peace of mind, add insurance for any item worth over $75

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping times (because we know you’re excited to receive your goodies).

For most Aussies (capital cities, suburbs, and regional areas), you’ll be twiddling your thumbs for just 1-7 Business Days. But for our mates in Regional Western Australia, Queensland, and the Northern Territory, expect to wait up to 10 Business Days – but trust us, it’s worth the wait!

We always try our best to get your orders out to you ASAP, but sometimes life happens (and we blame the kangaroos). So, if you have any issues, give us a heads-up within 72 hours of receiving your incomplete order, or around 7 working days if your package has gone awol.

Lastly, while we’d love to assume responsibility for customs regulations in individual countries, we just can’t. So, please make sure you check with your customs or any duties payable in your country. You are responsible for any additional charges that may be applied.
